Gale Prince has given approximately 1,000 presentations on food safety science in his career. He has been invited to speak in 45 of the 50 US states and six of the ten Canadian provinces. Gale has spoken in Europe, Asia, New Zealand, and South America (Chile and Argentina), as well.
